PAY
We pay both hourly and piecework rates.
Hourly rates will be at £12.71 per hour for all employees.
Piecework rates will be at or above the equivalent of the NLW/NMW.
Please be advised the above pay rates are subject to change from 1st April once announced by the government (for further information please visit www.gov.uk)
PAYSLIPS
Payslips are given every Friday at 5pm and any payment due is made weekly on a Tuesday into your bank account. For those who have not already got a UK bank account, the farm uses the ONE PAY card system and will help workers apply for this if required.
