ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is in mobile homes sleeping 2 people in each room. Each mobile home accommodates a maximum of 6 people with single beds and some double beds. Mattresses and pillows are provided BUT please bring your own sleeping bag, blanket or duvet with you, as this is not provided. Some of the accommodation is suitable for couples.
Cooking facilities are in each mobile home and include a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, cooking pots, cutlery, table and seating. All participants must provide and cook their own food and keep the living areas clean and tidy.
Each mobile home is provided with a mop and bucket, a dust pan and brush, a dustbin. Vacuum cleaners can be borrowed from the shower block and returned after use. Cleaning chemicals like bleach, cream cleaner, washing-up liquid, sponge etc. are provided only as one-off. For the duration of your stay, you are expected to buy them yourself.
A toilet and hand basin are in each mobile home. Each mobile home has its own television, and internet access is available via WI-FI.
COMMUNAL FACILITIES
There is a separate shower block with individual shower cubicles. A laundry room, washing machines and coin operated tumble dryers are also available.
There is a recreation room with pool tables, table tennis facilities and small exercise equipment.
Outside there is an area for football and volley ball on site. Around the mobile home site there are picnic tables and seating for outside socializing, BBQ’s.
TRANSPORT
Every Saturday, there is an organised free transport to Stafford for shopping, banking etc.
ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITY CHARGES
A facility charge will be made in respect of accommodation provided, including internet and use of washing facilities.
The first gas bottle for each mobile home is provided free of charge. Gas is then charged per bottle if required (shared between all occupants in the mobile home).
Electricity to cover the standard running of a caravan is provided by the farm. Extra metered electricity may be purchased on top of this.
