PAY
We pay both hourly and piecework rates.
Hourly rates will be at the SAWS Wage rate which is £10.10 per hour for all employees. This is a premium rate above the NLW/NMW.
Piecework rates will be at or above the equivalent of the SAWS Wage.

PAYSLIPS
Payslips are given every Friday at 5pm and any payment due is made weekly on a Tuesday into your bank account. For those who have not already got a UK bank account, the farm uses the ONE PAY card system and will help workers apply for this if required.
